Follow-UP

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Follow-UP ("the Service"), operated by IKTANIT ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Follow-UP is a project management and task tracking application available at https://follow-up.iktanit.com. The Service provides features including calendar views, Kanban boards, Gantt charts, time tracking, task management, project organization, and integrations with external calendar services such as Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook.

3. Account Registration

To use Follow-UP, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

5. Calendar Integrations

Follow-UP allows you to connect external calendar services, including Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. By connecting these services, you authorize Follow-UP to access your calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may revoke access to any connected calendar service at any time through the Follow-UP settings. Revoking access will stop synchronization and remove stored authorization tokens for that service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Follow-UP application, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of IKTANIT. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

You retain full ownership of all data, content, tasks, projects, and other materials you create within Follow-UP.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IKTANIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that may harm the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
